WARRANTY AND PRODUCT LIABILITY
Elmi GmbH/srl grants a two years' warranty on culla chair.
Only original spare parts and accessories must be used. The guarantee becomes void if repairs or
changes to culla chair or on its components are undertaken by unauthorized personnel.
Every product responsibility of the manufacturer (Elmi Srl, Zona Artigianale 25, I-39052 Caldaro)
is in this case excluded beforehand.
The manufacturer is not responsible for damages to persons, animals or things in the following
cases: improper use of culla chair, use of culla chair by unauthorized persons, inappropriate appli-
cations of parts or accessories, changes or interventions not previously authorized by the supplier,
usage of no-original spare parts, no-observance of the instructions in this user's manual, exceptional
incidents.
