EC DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
We, Koch Amps, Buys Ballotstraat 3BU3, ´s Gravenzande, The
Netherlands, declare under our sole responsibility that the product:
JUPITER JUNIOR Guitar Amplifier
to which this declaration relates is in conformity with the following
harmonized standards:
* EN 50081-1 (1991) Electromagnetic compatibility. Generic
emission standard.
Part 1: residential, commercial and light industry;
* EN 50082-1 (1991) Electromagnetic compatibility. General
immunity standard.
Part 1: residential, domestic and light industria
* EN 60065-1 (1993) Household electronic apparatus.
Part 7: Heating under normal operating conditions;
* EN 60335-1 (1988) Safety of household and similar electrical
appliances.
Part 1: general requirements.
Following the provisions of Council Directive 98/336/EEC on the
approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to
electromagnetic compatibility and the provisions of Council Directive
73/23/EEC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States
relating to low voltage and electrical safety.

Koch Amps ("KOCH") undertakes the fol-
lowing warrantee obligations for the abo-
ve mentioned product.
If within 12 MONTHS after receipt of the
product by the purchaser manufacturing
or material faults are established - at our
discretion - these aforementioned faults
shall be repaired free of charge providing
the below-mentioned conditions have
been complied with. We shall not be lia-
ble for more or other than the aforesaid
warranty obligations.
This warranty is only valid if the below-
mentioned conditions have been com-
plied with:
1. You may only make claim to the afore-
said warrantee if you have submitted the
Warranty Registration Card, stamped
and accompanied by the name of the sup-
plier and sales receipt.
2. This warranty expires if no date of pur-
chase is stated or the serial and/or model
number do not correspond to the pro-
duct.
3. The warrantee obligation expires if the
product is used inexpertly or is not used
l environment;

in accordance with the instructions for
use; or if the product has been damaged
by alteration, modification, misuse, or ne-
glect; or if the product has been serviced
by persons not authorised by Koch
Guitar Electronics.
4. In the first instance the purchaser
should direct complaints, if any, to the
supplier which has issued this warranty.
5. In the event of repairs, the purchaser
must send the product together with the
sales receipt and this warranty provided
with an explicit complaint description to
an Authorized Koch Dealer or Koch
Service Centre. Transportation c osts are
not included in this warranty.
