Jährlich oder halbjährlich:
•
Die Funktion des Sicherheitsventils muss durch den
Kundendienst geprüft werden.
•
Das Schutzrohr der Elektrode auf Kalkablagerungen
kontrollieren, gegebenenfalls reinigen. Zur Kontrolle und
Reinigung werden Elektrode und Heizungsflansch
demontiert und durch beide Öffnungen der Zustand des
Kesselinnenraumes überprüft.
•
Bei der Montage des Flanschdeckels muss eine neue
Dichtung verwendet werden.
•
Plunger im Elektromagnetventil auf Dichtheit prüfen, ggfs.
erneuern.
Jährlich:
•
Alle Anschlüsse auf Dichtheit, Korrosion
(Befestigungsschellen) und Festigkeit kontrollieren.
•
Alle Funktionsteile (Manometer, Druckregler,
Sicherheitsventil) auf einwandfreie Funktion prüfen. Prüfung
der Sicherheitsventilfunktion nur durch Fachkraft!
•
Zur Wartung des Kessels Flanschdeckel abnehmen. Das
Innere des Kessels, die Elektroden und die Heizung von
Schmutz und Kalkablagerungen reinigen.
•
Den Abschlämmstutzen auf Kalkreste kontrollieren und ggf.
reinigen.
•
Bei der Montage des Flanschdeckels muss eine neue
Dichtung verwendet werden.
•
Abschlämmleitung demontieren und reinigen, korrodierte
Teile erneuern.
•
Entlüftungsleitung und Dampfleitung demontieren und
reinigen. Korrodierte Teile erneuern.

Once or twice a year:
•
The function of the safety valve must be controlled by the
VEIT service technician.
•
Check the protection tube of the electrode for any furring;
clean if necessary. For controlling and cleaning,
disassemble the electrode and the heating flange and
check the state of the boiler inner room through the both
openings.
•
A new seal must be used, when the flange lid is mounted.
•
Check the plungers of the solenoid valves for leakage. If
necessary replace.
Yearly:
•
Check all the connections for leakage, corrosion (fastening
straps) and tightness.
•
Check that all the functioning parts (manometer, pressure
regulator, safety valve) work properly. Test of the safety
valve function must only be done by authorized personnel.
•
Remove the flange lid for maintaining the boiler. Remove
any dirt and scale deposits from the inside of the boiler, the
electrodes and the heating element.
•
Inspect the drainage plinth for any scale deposits and clean
if necessary.
•
A new seal must be used, when the flange lid is mounted.
•
Disassemble and clean the filling and the drainage line.
Replace corroded parts.
•
Disassemble and clean the safety valve group and the
steam lines. Replace corroded parts.
