5. Hold the appliance at the handle. Always keep safe distance between the appliance and your body.
6. Part your hair into approximately 4 cm strands.
7. Put the strand in between the plates starting at the roots. Gently close the straightener and slowly pull it down to the
tips of your hair.
• Exercise caution when straightening not to touch your body with the appliance.
• It is important to slowly pull down the straightener so that each hair can be evenly heated. Please remember though
not to keep the hair in between the plates too long as to avoid burning and damaging the hair.
8. Repeat the above steps to style the rest of your hair.
9. When you have finished using the appliance, slide the on/off switch right to turn off the appliance and disconnect it
from power mains.
10. Prior to cleaning and storing the appliance, make sure that it has cooled down completely.
11. Clean and store the appliance as described in the "Cleaning and storage" section.
