1. Connect the plug of the power cord to the power supply socket. LCD display lights up, OFF is displayed.
2. Turn on the straightener by sliding the on/off switch left.
3. The appliance has 8 temperature settings: 160°C, 170°C, 180°C, 190°C, 200°C, 210°C, 220°C and 230°C. Press the + button
to increase the temperature. Press the – button to decrease the temperature. Do not start heating if the plates are
locked!
WARNING! Risk of burning if selected temperature is too high!

• Select the temperature which is suitable for your hair type. Wrongly selected temperature and improper use of the
straightener put your hair at risk of drying out or burning.
• Lower temperatures are recommended for weak and fine hair. Use higher temperature settings for normal, thick or
curly hair.
• When using the straightener for the first time, set the lowest temperature (160°C).
• It takes more time for the straightener to reduce the temperature than to increase it.
4. When the appliance is heating, temperature on the display flashes. The straightener reached selected temperature and
is ready to be used when temperature stops flashing.
