Keep the device away from water and moisture such as, for example, bath tubs,
shower areas or even persons taking a bath! Such situations constitute a Danger
of life! through electric shock.
•
Attention: The nozzles become hot during operation.
•
If the hair dryer is used in the bathroom, remove the mains plug after use as water
represents a hazard. This also applies when the hair dryer is switched off.
•
Do not put objects, hair or your hands in front of the air intake opening! The device can
suffer damage despite the overheating protection if the airfl ow is blocked!
•
As additional protection we recommend the installation of a fault current protection
device (RCD) with a rated current of not more than 30 mA in the wiring system of the
bathroom. Please contact an authorised electrician for advice.
1. Fully unwind the mains cable.
2. Make sure that the iron voltage (see name plate) and the mains voltage match.
3. Attach the nozzle so that it locks into place. You can dry single hair locks by concentra-
ting the fl ow of hot air with the hairdressing nozzle.
4. Insert the plug into a duly installed 230 V/50 Hz protective contact socket.
5. Shift the switch on the handle to one of the desired heat/blowing levels:

After use shift the switch to position „0" and pull out the plug. Leave the device to cool
before putting it away!

To this purpose you should place the device on one of the rubber profi les on the housing
or hang it up by the suspension eye.
•
Before cleaning remove the mains lead from the socket.
•
Clean the housing with a soft, dry cloth without additives.
