8. OVERVIEW OF THE COMPONENTS AND CONNECTIONS

Before opening the cover, please always disconnect the pump from the power supply. Electrical connections may only
be made by a specialist. Do not make any electrical connections unless the power is turned off. The pump should be
placed on the floor with a 30mA residual current circuit breaker. The electrical connection should correspond to the
local Safety Guidelines (VDI). Follow the product information on the pump label and ensure that the specifications
match. If the pump blades rotate counterclockwise, disconnect the pump from the power supply and arrange for the
phases to be reversed by a specialist.
