SOLUTION
Check whether the circuit voltage
is between 180V-260V. If not, install a
voltage stabilizer
Voltage is too low or too high. Adjust
the voltage according to the device
Check whether the cooling fan fell
off or got damaged
Open the pump and remove the debries
Replace the winding stator
Set the ambient temperature below
45°C
Check the water source
Check whether the water level is
lower than the foot valve
Check whether the suction exceed 8m
Check if the pump is filled
with water. If not, refill water into the
pump body
Check if the inlet pipe is sealed. Any
little leakage will seriously impact
suction
Check if the impeller is broken. If yes,
replace the impeller
Check that the shaft rotates and
remove rotates and remove any
deposits, by opening the pump if
necessary.
Replace the bearing
