Installation
Note: Not for use in vans or trailers, food trucks or similar vehicles.
If the unit has not been stored or moved in an upright position, let it stand upright for
approximately 12 hours before operation. If in doubt allow to stand.
1. Remove the appliance from the packaging. Make sure that all protective plastic film and coatings are
thoroughly removed from all surfaces.
2. To optimize performance and longevity, ensure a minimum clearance of 2.5cm is maintained between
the unit and walls and other objects, with a minimum 20cm clearance on the top. NEVER LOCATE
NEXT TO A HEAT SOURCE.
Note: Before using the appliance for the first time, clean the interior with soapy water then
dry well.
Operation
•
This product is not intended for use as a storage cabinet, it is for daily display of Tapas and similar
products. It should be cleared of food every day, then cleaned before further use.
•
Insert the plug into the socket, turn on at the socket then press the product switch to on.
•
After a few minutes check there is cold air being blown in to the Showcase before placing food inside.
Control Panel
Refrigerant LED
Turn On
1. Close the doors of the appliance.
2. Connect the appliance to a mains power supply.
3. Press ON/OFF switch located on rear (next to controller).
Setting the Operating Temperature
1. Press the SET button. The display will flash.
2. Press the

buttons to display the required temperature.
3. Press the SET button to store the temperature.
Light
Press the
button to turn the light On or Off as required.

Defrost LED
Refrigerant LED: During refrigeration, the LED
is on. When the unit temperature is within set
point the LED is off. NOTE: When first switched
on refrigeration is delayed (approx 4 minutes)
and the LED flashes.
Defrost LED: During defrosting, the LED is on.
Before entering Defrost there is a short delay
and the LED flashes.
