– Always be attentive and aware of what
you are doing. Do not use this product
if you are unfocussed or tired, or if you
are under the influence of drugs,
alcohol or medications. Just one
moment of carelessness during use of
the product can lead to serious injuries.
Warning
Risk of damage!
The screws and bolts can
loosen slowly during operation
and affect the grill stability.
– Check whether the bolts are tight prior
to each use. If necessary, tighten all of
the bolts again to ensure the grill
stands stable.
Warning
Risk of damage!
Do not use any strong or grind-
ing solvents or abrasive pads
since these can damage the
surfaces and cause perma-
nent scrape marks.
Device-specific instructions when using
it as a fireplace
– You may place the fire bucket indoors
for decoration purposes only. You are
not allowed to make fire in it indoors
under any circumstances.
– Never use the fire bucket under a
canvass or porch roof.
– To ensure a safe operation of the fire
bucket, always use it on a solid, even
surface with a sufficient bearing capac-
ity.
– Use only dry lighters or special fluid
lighters compliant with EN 1860-3 as
firelighters. Make sure to observe the
manufacturer's instructions.

– Never use liquids such as petrol,
turpentine, spirits etc. to light or re-light
the fire. These substances inflame
explosively and are poisonous to some
extent. Use dry firelighters or a
chimney starter instead.
– When adding firewood or charcoals,
always wear fire-resistant gloves (e.g.,
barbecue gloves).
– Wear firm, enclosed shoes. Sandals do
not provide any protection from hot
embers!
– Never leave an open fire or embers
unattended. This poses a risk of
personal injury and fire!
– To
be
prepared
situations, always have a bucket of
sand nearby to put out the fire.
– Always tip out the remaining charcoal
and ash in a non-flammable metal
container and fill it up with water. Let
the charcoal and water stand for 24
hours in the metal container before
disposing of it completely.
– In principle, you should only use well
dried firewood for open fire (stored for
at least 3 years); you may also use
ordinary briquettes.
– Please consider your neighbors so that
they are not disturbed with odors or
smoke and their property or assets are
not exposed to a risk of fire.
