WIRING DIAGRAM

To rewire the unit, the fixed wiring cable should be ran through the knockout and the wires can be connected to the
terminal block as shown in the wiring diagram above (Live - L, Neutral - N & Earth - E). Check that the unit is properly
earthed and ensure all wires are securely fastened by firmly tugging on them. None of the wires running from the LED
Driver OR between the connector block and the switch should be tampered with.Once the unit is safely rewired, it can
then be reassembled. Assembly is the opposite procedure of disassembly.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

To maintain the attractive appearance of the units, wipe down and clean as often as required. Use a cloth dampened
with water and detergent or a proprietary cleaner. Do not use scouring pads or abrasives.
The Quantum X LED lamps in the Chameleon Sirius X should be changed at least once every three years. It is
recommended that the installation date is recorded for future reference. The Quantum X LED lamp is made from glass
and has a shatter-resistant coating to allow for use in glass exclusion zones. The shatter-resistant coating is of the
highest quality available, using a material, FEP that is both UV and operating temperature tolerant, whilst allowing
high emission of the critical UV light.
RENEWING STICKY BOARDS
Switch off the machine before servicing.
Sticky boards should be changed when full or at least every 6-8 weeks. Regular inspections of the sticky boards are
recommended, as they are not visible in normal operation. Remove the old sticky board by lifting it out of the guides
on the reverse side of the cover.

Always install PestWest LED 21" sticky boards to ensure peak efficiency and performance of the Chameleon Sirius X.
This LED 21" sticky board has been developed in conjunction with the PestWest Quantum X LED lamps to provide the
most effective performance as possible. To fit the shape of the Chameleon Sirius X, the sticky board has a perforated
crease through the middle of the board. The board must be torn along this perforation and saved for future use.
