10. Troubleshooting

Problem
The shaving The shaving foil/cutter
performance blocks are dirty. You have

are damaged or worn.
Cause Solution
Clean the shaver thoroughly
before you continue shaving
(see "8.1. Dry cleaning" on
page 123).
Clean the shaver using the
supplied cleaning brush (see
"8. Cleaning and care" on page
122).
Replace the shaving heads
(see "9. Replacing the shaving
foil and cutter blocks" on page
123).
