This warranty is only in addition to the buyer's statutory rights and does not affect them in any way.
1. The seller guarantees the smooth operation of the equipment in the basic period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Defects resulting from defects revealed during this period
technical defects or by the seller's failure to comply will be considered within 14 days from the delivery of the goods to the place of purchase. Time limit for completion
repair is 28 days, however, the total repair period may be extended for reasons beyond the guarantor's control, e.g. (time of importing parts from abroad), of which the buyer should be informed.
2. The condition for extending the warranty for a period of 24 months is to deliver the unit for a paid technical inspection after 12 months from the date of purchase.
The unit should be delivered to the service address, i.e. KRAFTWELE POLSKA, ul. Jasna 42; 57-200 Zabkowice Slaskie.
3. During the first 12 months, we provide a door to door guarantee. The device under complaint is collected and sent at the expense of KRAFTWELE
POLAND. The seller reserves the right to request reimbursement of shipping costs in the event of an unjustified complaint.
4. To make a warranty repair, the customer must:
deliver the device to the place of purchase.

deliver the product by post or transport companies to the place of purchase at the customer's expense. In this case, the deadline for repair, if not
agreed otherwise, will be extended by the time necessary to deliver and collect the equipment. The advertiser should deliver the product to the place of purchase
in the original factory packaging, additionally protected against damage. Damages caused by insufficient shipping protection are not subject to warranty repair. The complainant cannot demand a
gratification if the parcel is not properly marked or secured. the customer bears the costs of delivering the equipment to an authorized service point.

5. The warranty repair does not cover activities that the user is obliged to perform on their own according to the user manual.
6. Any cleaning of the equipment is carried out at the user's expense and is not considered a warranty service.
7. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
mechanical damage to the equipment caused by the user or the agent delivering the equipment to the place of purchase.
damage and defects resulting from:
- improper or inconsistent with the instructions, as well as ignorance or damage caused by the user
- random events.
- using inappropriate consumables
- arbitrary repairs made by the user or other unauthorized persons.
- modifications or structural changes
spark plugs, filters, operating fluids, gaskets.
the owner undertakes to collect the device within a period not longer than 10 days after informing him in writing or verbally of the end
repairs.

For this warranty to be valid, the following conditions must be met:
the warranty must be signed by the buyer, the warranty card must be completely and correctly completed,
the buyer must have proof of purchase for the product covered by the warranty
9. The warranty also excludes consumables, e.g. such as: carburetor adapter, piston rings, spark plugs, fuses, battery, system component
ignition, belts, starter system components (manual and electric).
10. To make a complaint about equipment damaged during courier shipment, the original damage report issued to the recipient is required.
11. The warranty covers the territory of the Republic of Poland.
12. If the goods are inconsistent with the contract, the Buyer may demand that they be made compliant with the contract by free repair, and if the repair is not possible or
unprofitable, the Buyer has the right to demand that the goods be replaced with a compliant one. The buyer is entitled to a replacement of the device or a cash refund only
in the case of a manufacturing defect that cannot be removed. The buyer may not withdraw from the contract when the non-compliance of the goods with the contract is
insignificant.
13. The Buyer loses the aforementioned rights if he does not notify the Guarantor of this within two months of finding the non-compliance of the goods with the contract.
14. The right to warranty is EXCLUDED for Entrepreneurs.
15. The implementation of warranty rights and obligations, including reporting and accepting devices for repair, is carried out at the repair point
Guarantor/Seller indicated by him in the warranty card issued to the Buyer. The buyer should deliver the product using the company
transport or in person at your own expense. The buyer should deliver the product, if possible, in the original packaging, additionally
protected against damage. Damage caused by insufficient shipping protection is not covered by the warranty.
The complainant cannot demand gratification if the parcel is not properly marked or secured.
16. A consumer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it without giving reasons by submitting a relevant written statement within
ten days from the date of receipt of the goods. To meet this deadline, it is enough to send a statement before its expiry.
17. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is considered void and the consumer is released from any obligations. What the parties have provided shall be returned unchanged, unless a
change was necessary within the limits of ordinary management. The return should be made immediately, no later than
within fourteen days.
18. These conditions do not exclude, limit or suspend the Buyer's rights under the Act of February 27, 2002. about specific
the rules of consumer sales and the amendment to the Civil Code, Journal of Laws 141 items 1176.
