3. Mount the two right swivelling connections (6) in accordance
with the illustration on the left (fig. 7-4). First insert the two collar
bushings (7) from the inside into the bottom brackets of the
support. Position the two ends of the right swivelling connection
(6) between the brackets of the support. Screw together at the
top with the threaded bolt (8), washer (9) and nut (10). Screw
together at the bottom with threaded bolt (11), washer (9),
washers (12) and nut (10).

Ensure that the locking (view X) is correctly positioned.
4. Mount the two left swivelling connections (13) in accordance
with the illustration on the left (fig. 7-5). To do so, proceed in a
similar to that described above.

8. moUnting of the lifting Device

The lifting device has to be installed in the ISO corners of the
container to be lifted. The position of the upper arm has to be ad-
apted thereby to the existing container height. With the assembly
of the lifting device must be paid attention to the fact that two
mirror-image supports are mounted on every container side. On
this process, the gearboxes of the respective supports must lie
at the container turned away side of the support. In order to the
right positions of the lifting supports please take notice of the
positioning plan below.

With the usage of an optional electric drive there are 4 different
supports. Their arrangement must also occur with the help of the
above positioning plan.
The number of the each support is shown nearby the gear
box. Also the last character of the serial number is equal to the
number of the support.
The assembly of the lifting device must be done in accordance to
the following described succession.
1. Insert the clamp plate (1) into the top corner fitting, place
the upper mounting (2) with a suitable contour (chamfer up-
wards) against the corner fitting and secure it with a cylinder
head crew (3).
