Ausbauhinweise
Öffnen der Schublade bei defektem Laufwerk
- Laufwerk ausbauen (Pkt. 8).
- Schieber
A
(Fig. 9) bis zum Anschlag nach links schieben.
- Die Schublade kann jetzt herausgezogen werden.
1. Gehäuseoberteil
- 9 Schrauben

herausdrehen (Fig. 1 und 4).
Montagehinweis: Das Gehäuseoberteil muß in die 2 Halterungen

eintauchen (Fig. 2).
2. Frontblende
- Netzschaltertaste abziehen.
- 3 Schrauben
und 4 Schrauben

- Laufwerk 2-3cm in Richtung Geräterückseite schieben.
- Rasthaken

5. Digitalplatte ausbauen

6. A/V-MUX-Platte ausbauen
- 5 Schrauben
(Fig. 4) herausdrehen.

nehmen.
- Gegebenenfalls Steckverbindungen lösen.
7. Netzteil ausbauen
- 3 Schrauben

(Fig. 5) lösen und Netzteil aus dem Gerät nehmen.

8. Laufwerk ausbauen
- Steckverbindung zur Digitalplatte lösen.
- 4 Schrauben

- Laufwerk in Richtung Geräterückseite aus dem Gerät nehmen.
9. Laufwerk zerlegen
- Laufwerk ausbauen (Pkt. 8).
- Schieber

(Fig. 9) bis zum Anschlag nach links schieben.
- Die Schublade herausziehen.
- Rastnase

(Fig. 10) vorsichtig mit einem kleinen Schraubendre-
her anheben und Schublade ganz herausziehen.
- 6 Schrauben

(Fig. 8) herausschrauben. 4 Gummipuffer
(Fig. 8) aushängen und die Laufwerksmechanik mit der Leiterplatte
vorsichtig herausziehen.

- Vor dem Öffnen der Flexprintleitung zwischen Leiterplatte und
Lasereinheit die beiden Schutzlötstellen auf der Lasereinheit
(Fig. 11) zulöten! Die Lasereinheit kann sonst durch statische
Aufladung zerstört werden!

Opening the Tray when the Drive is defective
- Remove the Drive Mechanism (para 8).
- Push the slider

(Fig. 9) to the left until its stop.
- The tray can be pulled out now.
1. Cabinet Upper Part
- Undo 9 screws
A
(Fig. 1 and 4).
Note: When reassembling, the cabinet upper part must fit into the 2
holders

(Fig. 2).
2. Front Panel
- Pull off the mains switch button.
- Undo 3 screws
and 4 screws

- Push the drive mechanism about 2-3cm to the back of the cabinet.
- Release the catches

(Fig. 2 and 5) and remove the front panel.
Note:Insert the catches

on the bottom (Fig. 3). The catches
must be located above the metal plate
3. Removing the Keyboard Control Unit
- Undo 10 screws
and screw

- Remove the Keyboard Control Unit.
- Unplug the connectors if necessary.
Fitting Instructions:
- Fasten the earth spring

4. Removing the Headphone Board
- Pull off the headphone volume control knob.
- Undo 3 screws

- Unplug the connectors if necessary.
5. Removing the Digital Board
- Undo 3 screws

- Unplug the connectors if necessary.
6. Removing the A/V-MUX Board
- Undo 5 screws

- Disengage the 2 locking lugs

- Unplug the connectors if necessary.
7. Removing the Power Supply
- Undo 3 screws

- Disengage the 2 locking lugs

- Unplug the connectors if necessary.
8. Removing the Drive Mechanism (CD Drive)
- Unplug the connection to the digital board.
- Undo 4 screws

- Push the CD drive to the back of the cabinet and remove it.
9. Disassembling the CD Drive
- Remove the Drive Mechanism (para 8).
- Push the slider
A
(Fig. 9) to the left until its stop.
- Pull out the tray.
- Lift the catch

(Fig. 10) carefully with a small screw driver and pull
out the tray completely.
- Undo 6 screws

(Fig. 8). Unhook 4 rubber shock-mount
and pull out carefully the drive mechanism together with the PCB.
- Disengage 4 catches

and remove the CD cover
- Before disconnecting the flexprint between the PCB and the
pick-up unit close the two solder tags on the pick-up unit
(Fig. 11)! The pick-up unit may otherwise be distroyed by static
charges!
- Unhook the clip

and remove the motor
- Sqeeze the catches
