1.1 Description of device

The group control unit ELFAMATIC G 3000 is used to electrically separate the input and output
control signal from charging controllers and to control storage heater groups individually; it is
suitable for all clock-signal-controlled storage heaters (also in old systems with single-wire
control).
It allows the storage heaters in every dwelling unit/storage heater group to be charged
individually.
The following adjusters are on the front of the device:
Charging = Here, value preset by the charging controller (restricted to individual dwelling unit)
is increased by up to 12 % (more charging) or reduced by up to 36 % (less charging).
E2 = Signal lamp, showing control signal as clock signal of duty factor (ED).
