After cleaning, to be carried out by following the instructions in the next section, replace the lid and store the
unit away from heat sources and out of the reach of children.

ASSEMBLING / DISASSEMBLING THE PLATES

Unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet and let the grill plates cooling down before removing
them. Dry the plates completely before assembly.
To disassemble the grill plates from the main unit press release buttons (6 or 9) and remove the grills (12 or
13). To assemble the plates, insert the pins on the racks in the slots situated on the rear of the appliance and
press the grill on the main body until it locks in position.

CLEANING -

Unplug the unit from the electrical outlet and allow each part to cool down before
carrying out any cleaning operation.
- Do not immerse the unit in water; do not leave it under the water stream. In any case avoid water or
other liquids to slide on the cooking plates.
- Do not use scouring or metal sponges for cleaning plates.
- Clean the cooking plates with a damp sponge and dishwashing detergents, after cleaning always remove
any residual detergent and let them dry completely before reassembling.
- The oil collector can be treated as a normal dish.
- Clean the main body, handle and cover with a damp cloth.
