Introduction
WARNING:
before you assemble the product. Make
sure that the sealing rings are tight against
your head and around your ears before you
operate the product.
WARNING:
the intended protection it must be adjusted
to the user's head.
To adjust the protective helmet
1. Turn the knob to adjust the neck strap. The neck
strap must be tight against the head. (Fig. 2)
2. If it is necessary, set the suspension to the correct
height. The suspension can be adjusted to 2
different heights in the front and in the rear part of
the helmet. (Fig. 3)
3. Make sure that all 6 connection points on the
suspension are correctly installed.
4. Push the connection points to their end position.

To attach the earmuffs to the helmet
1. Move the earmuffs to the lowest position.
2. Lift the earmuffs out and up until they lock in standby
position. (Fig. 5)
3. Put the helmet attachment in the slot on the helmet.

To put the earmuffs in operation position
1. Put the helmet on your head.
2. Adjust the earmuffs until they are tight around your
ears and tight against your head. (Fig. 12)

Operation

Before you operate the
Note:
Examine if the earmuffs are intended for the
right or the left side of the helmet. Right and left have
the designation "R" for right and "L" for left. Earmuffs
without designation can be used on the left or right
side of the helmet.
To attach the neck protection to the helmet
1. Attach the neck protection to the connection points in
the rear part of the helmet. (Fig. 7)
To remove the visor frame
1. Turn the visor to find the removal position (A). (Fig.
8)
2. Remove the visor frame (B) from the 2 sides.
To attach the visor frame
1. Make sure that the visor frame is in position (A). (Fig.
9)
2. Push the visor frame (B) to attach it to the helmet,
start with one side.
To attach the chin guard
1. Attach the chin guard to the 2 clips (A). (Fig. 10)
2. Put the chin guard in position on one side and then
do to the other side.
To remove the chin guard
1. Release the 2 clips (A), start on one side and then
the other side. (Fig. 11)
2. Remove the chin guard (B).
To put the earmuffs in standby position
• Lift the earmuffs out and up until they lock in standby
position. (Fig. 13)
To put the earmuffs in parking position
1. Put the earmuffs in standby position.
2. Turn the earmuffs rearward along the side of the
helmet until they lock in the parking position. (Fig.
14)
To put the visor in operation position
1. Make sure the visor is clean and not damaged.
2. Lower the visor to its end position. (Fig. 15)
To put the visor in standby position
1. Lift the visor until you hear a click and the visor stays
in an upright position. (Fig. 16)
