penetrating the top of the shell. It is not designed to
provide front, rear or side impact or penetration more
than light bumps to those areas. THE HELMET CAN
NOT PROTECT YOU FROM SUFFERING SEVERE
NECK, HEAD OR BRAIN INJURY, PARALYSIS
OR DEATH IN THE EVENT OF A SIGNIFICANT
FORCE OR IMPACT.
• Avoid contact with electric wires.
• For adequate protection this helmet must fit or be
adjusted to the size of the user's head.
• The helmet is made to absorb the energy of a blow
by partial destruction or damage to the shell and the
harness, and even though such damage may not
be readily apparent, any helmet subjected to severe
impact should be replaced.
Safety instructions for hearing protection

• The noise attenuation of the product will be severely
impaired if you do not follow the instructions in this
operator's manual.
• The wearer should ensure that the ear-muffs are
worn at all times in noisy environments.
• Ear-muffs, and in particular cushions / foam may
deteriorate with use and should be examined at
frequent intervals for cracking and leakage.
• The fitting of hygiene covers to the cushions, may
affect the acoustic performance of the ear-muffs.
Always use original accessories.
• Do not push the helmet mounted version of this
earmuffs against the helmet shell. If you do that,
it can cause cracks around the side of the helmet.

To ensure full eye protection user should wear safety
glasses as a complement.

• Visor does not give protection against splashes
of melted metal, hot objects, splashes of liquid or
electrical risks.
• Do not use the visor if it has scratches, is damaged
or dirty. Replace the visor to decrease the risk of
injury.
• Eye protectors against high speed particles, worn
over standard ophthalmic spectacles, may transmit
impacts, thus creating a hazard to the wearer.
• If protection against high speed particles at extremes
temperatures is required then the visor shall be
marked with the letter T immediately after the impact
letter, for example FT, BT, AT. If the impact letter is
not followed by the letter T, then the safety glasses
shall only be used against high speed particles at
room temperature.
Safety instructions for the chin guard
WARNING:

blade segments there is a risk that the blade
get stuck in the chin guard.
• The chin guard may not provide protection to the
user under all circumstances, especially not injuries
caused by impacts from the power cutter. The chin
guard has been tested to provide some protection
to the lower face area that can reduce the risk of
laceration in the event of a kickback.
• Make sure the chin guard is attached and
maintained in accordance with this operator's
manual.
• The chin guard is only compatible with personal
protective equipment (PPE) specified in this
operator's manual.
• Do not use the product without the soft pads on the
inside of the chin guard since this can decrease the
level of protection.
