To replace the visor
1. Remove the 2 clips on the inner surface of the visor
frame. Remove the clip (A) and then push out (B) the
visor. (Fig. 17)
2. Remove the front fastener points and remove the
lens visor. (Fig. 18)
3. Attach the lens visor to the 2 clips (A) on the inner
surface of the visor frame, start with one side. (Fig.
19)
4. Attach the front fastener points and push the lens
visor into position. (Fig. 20)
To use the chin guard safely
1. Put the helmet on your head.

Transportation and storage

• Make sure that the sealing rings on the hearing
protection are not compressed.
• Put the product in a dry and clean space with correct
temperature.
• Do not put the product in sunlight during storage.
• Put the product in a safe space during transportation
and ensure they are protected from chemical and/or
physical damage.

2. Make sure that the chin guard gives protection to the
mouth and chin areas.
3. Make sure that the helmet is stable and stays in
position during operation. Turn the neck strap knob
to adjust the neck strap to a tight position against
your head. Refer to
on page 9 .
4. Put on the hearing protection. Refer to
earmuffs in operation position on page 9 .
Chin strap
1. Use the chin strap. (Fig. 21)
2. Adjust the chin strap to a tight fit. (Fig. 22)
• Replace worn or damaged sealing rings and foam
rubber inserts of the hearing protection 1 time each
6 months or more frequently if it is necessary. Make
sure that the bulge on the sealing ring points down
during assembly. Use original spare parts. (Fig. 23)
• Replace the visor if it shows signs of damage such
as scratches or cracks or if the visibility is poor.
Sunlight can cause the plastic material of the visor
to age faster.
• Do a check of the chin guard regularly for cracks and
other damages. Replace damaged chin guard.
Note:
If the earmuffs are wet on the inner side,
let them dry in parking position. Reference
earmuffs in parking position on page 9 .
• Use the local recycling system.
Disposal of the helmet
The helmet has a color indicator that shows the
maximum service life of the helmet. When the helmet is
new, the color of the color indicator is red. As ultraviolet
rays hit the helmet, the color on the color indicator
slowly decreases. Replace the helmet when there is no
color on the color indicator.
