Dips and Dressing Recipes
Goat's cheese Dip
200 g soft goat cheese, 2 – 3 cloves of garlic, 1 bunch of basil, 1 bunch
parsley, 1 tablespoon lemon juice; 1 – 3 tablespoons olive oil, mix all
Ham spread, spicy 1
200 g cooked ham, 50 g butter, 1 ½ tsp hot mustard, 2 teaspoons white
wine vinegar, 5 drops Tabasco, ¼ tsp ginger, ¼ tsp dried thyme, nutmeg,
ground cloves, mix all
Ham spread, spicy 2
200 g cooked ham, 80 g pickled cucumber, 1 small onion, 1 cup sour
cream, 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons tarragon mustard,
1 chive rolls, nutmeg, salt, pepper, mix all
Salmon Spread
125 g cream cheese, 125 g butter, 1 small glass of salmon, 1 small onion,
3 hard-boiled eggs, salt, pepper to taste
Mustard Dressing
2 tablespoons white vinegar, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 clove garlic,
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Yoghurt Dressing
2 cups natural yogurt (or Greek yogurt), 1 teaspoon cream, ½ clove garlic,
1 teaspoon sugar, herbs, salt, pepper, paprika
French Dressing
5 tablespoons yogurt, 1 teaspoon mustard, 1 tablespoon vinegar,
1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon sugar, a little horseradish, ½ clove of
garlic, ½ teaspoon salt, a little bit of pepper
