The smoothie recipes are prepared for 2 people resp. for approx. 1 litre
The smoothies can be stored for 2 up to max 3 days in the refrigerator.
For storing the smoothies use the supplied lid.
Fruits that can be used for preparing smoothies: apples, bananas,
peaches, apricots, cranberries, blueberries, currants, raspberries,
pears, blackberries, strawberries, plums, grapefruit, cherries, grapes,
kiwi, blueberries, lychee, pineapple, pomegranate, papaya, passion
fruit, mango, melon, starfruit, physalis, avocado, fig, guava, nectarine,
orange, gooseberries, etc.
Instead of oatmeal you can also use cereals.
Nuts, seeds and herbs that can be used in smoothies: hazelnuts,
walnuts, peanuts, almonds, cashews, macadamia or flax seeds,
pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, parsley, mint, basil,
sage, etc.
When the ingredients are clumping in the cup, shake the cup a few
times and put it back onto the motor unit.
Banana Smoothie
3 bananas, 1 orange, 1 sweet apple, 1 handful of oatmeal, 1 teaspoon
cinnamon, 1 mint leaf, ½ cup of almond milk, 5 ice cubes
Cut fruit into pieces or slices. Put the heavy fruit down and the light fruit on
top. Fill the cup with the remaining ingredients and fill the cup to the MAX
mark with almond milk. Mix for 30 seconds.
Mango/Melon Smoothie
1 honey or ½ small watermelon, 1 ripe mango, ½ banana, juice of lime,
5 ice cubes
Order of ingredients see recipe above. Mix for 30 seconds.
Strawberry/Banana Smoothie
200 g strawberries 2 bananas, juice of one orange, 2 tablespoons honey,
4 ice cubes, 1 tablespoon of hemp seed (previously soaked)
Mix for 30 seconds.
Pineapple/Strawberry Smoothie
½ pineapple, 200 g strawberries, some fresh mint, 1 tablespoon honey,
juice of a lemon or lime, 5 ice cubes
Mix for 30 seconds.
