Pickling

Equip the multipurpose pot with a pickling
thermometer and the wire grating, which
can be ordered form Westfalia under the
article number 26 09 84. The multipur-
pose pot can be equipped with most
common pickling thermometers.
1. Place the
multipurpose pot and stack the pre-
serving jars on the grating.
2. Fill the Multipurpose pot with cold
water until the top row of jars is cov-
ered with water by
3. Insert the pickling thermometer into
the hole in the lid.
4. Put the lid with the seal on the pot.
Insert the thermometer between the
jars.
5. Secure the lid with the clasps.
