Preparing the Bottles

Clean and rinse the bottles and the caps thoroughly with hot water
and detergent. Allow the bottles to air-dry, do not wipe them with a
towel.
Pre-heat the bottles with hot water or in the oven to avoid cracking
them with the heat of the freshly extracted juice.

Extracting Juice

1.
Place the wire stand in the multipurpose pot. Fill with water until
the water level is just below the top of the wire stand.
2.
Place the juice dish on the wire stand and insert the filled fruit
container into the multipurpose pot.
3.
Close the lid (with seal and juice pipe). Lead the juice pipe through
one of the holes in the rim of the fruit container and down to the
bottom of the juice dish.
4.
Lock the lid in place with the clasps. The rubber hose on the juice
pipe must be blocked off with the hose clamp.
5.
Put the pot on the stove apply full heat. For a most effective juice
extraction small amounts of steam should steadily exit from the soft
