All moving parts have to be lubricated regularly. Use only acid-
free lubricants.
Do not store the floor jack outdoors and keep it away from
moisture, cold and heat. Lower the floor jack completely before
storing it.
When using the floor jack for the first time after long storing
period, first remove dirt and than lubricate all moving parts with
an oily cloth or spray.
Troubleshooting

There are
impurities in the
hydraulic system.
Solution
Close the release valve by turning
the handle clockwise.
Refill hydraulic oil.
Remove excessive oil with a
pipette.
Use suitable floor jack for lifting
heavier loads.
Close the release valve by turning
the handle clockwise.
Close the release valve. Step with
one foot on the front wheel and
completely lift up the lifting arm
with your hand. Lower the lifting
arm and try again. Bleed the
system.
