Before first Use
Take the floor jack out of the packaging and check for any damage
in transit. Dispose off packaging materials or store it out of reach of
children.
Check Oil Level resp. Fill in Oil
1. Place the floor jack on an even and solid ground.
2. Insert the pumping handle (1) on the release valve (7). The open
end of the pumping handle fits on the square bar of the release
valve.
3. Slowly turn the release valve (7) counter clockwise and allow the
lifting arm (4) to lower completely. When lowering the saddle a
little force may have to be exercised against the saddle (5).
4. Use a dull screwdriver to remove the cover plate for the
hydraulic cylinder (3). It just is snapped onto the housing by
notches.
5. Carefully prise the filling plug (A) out by
using a dull screwdriver. Do not use spiky
or sharp objects in order no to damage
the filling plug (A).
6. Fill in high-quality hydraulic oil up to the
bottom of the filling hole. Do not refill too
much oil. Never fill in brake fluid, motor
oil, lube oil etc.
7. Screw the release valve lightly back and insert the filling plug (A)
into place. Move the handle socket (2) with the pumping handle
(1) up and down for several times in order to lubricate the
internal mechanism of the hydraulic. Place the cover of the
hydraulic cylinder (3) in place.
8. If necessary, bleed the floor jack.
