Application Notes
The radio controlled socket set consists of a remote control and
3 radio controlled sockets. The remote control is the transmitter
and the sockets are the receivers. You can use one remote con-
trol to control up to 4 receivers resp. up to 4 consumers at the
same time.
The remote-controlled sockets may only be operated by inserting
the sockets into a 230 V~ wall socket only. The sockets are in-
stantly ready for use.
The transmission range of the remote control is approx. 25 m.
Keep in mind that the transmission range can be reduced by
obstacles such as walls of concrete and if 2 – 3 walls are be-
tween the remote control and the sockets. If continuous interfer-
ences occur, try to reposition the sockets.
When operating the radio controlled sockets in one room make
sure that the sockets are placed with sufficient distance from
each other.
Do not operate the sockets close to metallic objects or strong
magnetic fields.
Maintaining and Cleaning the Consumers
If you want to clean or maintain the consumers, such as changing
the illuminant of a lamp etc., first unplug it from the remote-
controlled socket. It is not sufficient to switch off the socket with the
remote control alone!
Due to the single-pole cut-off and the commonly used transmission
frequency, there is risk of an electric shock if the consumer is switch
on unintentionally.
