or defects which occurred because of mishandling,
wrong installations, accidents, and service- and
reparation procedures which are not done by
Rayline. In case of return the customer has to
contact the retailer. All return procedures with the
customer must be operated by the retailer directly
and warranty claims can be only submitted against
the retailer.
Damage Restriction
Rayline is not in charge for any direct or indirect
damages, income lasses or commercial deficits
which are related to the product in any sense;
and this independent of any entitlements which
are hold because of contract terms, of
guarantee or verification. Furthermore Rayline
does not accept any claims that are raised
because of a case of guarantee that are beyond
the single value of the product itself. Rayline has
no influence on the customer's choice concerning
the installation, the usage or the service or product
combinations. Rayline does not guarantee and
does not accept any claims that occurred as
secondary damages of objects or persons. With
the usage of the product the purchaser accept all
terms of guarantee without any restrictions or
exceptions. lf you do not accept these regulations
concerning the usage of the product, please return
the item to your retailer in an unused state with the
original packing.
