Important Safety Precautions

1. When using the appliance, pay attention to your safety and the safety of others.
2. Important safety precautions have been provided for using the appliance. Please always read
and follow the instructions strictly.
3. The symbol stands for special safety warning: Safety Alert, Danger and Warning,
which means that failure to follow the safety instructions may result in serious injury or
death.
4. All safety messages will indicate what the potential hazard is, how to reduce the chance of
injury, and what may happen if the instructions are not followed.
5. When using the electrical appliance, please follow basic safety precautions to reduce the risk
of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons or property. Read all instructions before using the
appliance.
6. To avoid a hazard due to the instability of the appliance, it must be placed at an even or flat
surface.
7. Do not operate this, or any other appliance with a damaged cord. If the supply cord is
damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified
person in order to avoid a hazard.
8. This ice maker must be positioned in a place where the plug is accessible.
9. Only connect the appliance to properly polarized outlets. And no other appliance should be
plugged into the same outlet. Be sure that the plug is fully inserted into the power receptacle.
10. Do not run the power cord over carpeting or other heat insulators, nor cover the cord.
11. Keep the cord away from traffic areas, and do not immerse the power cord in water.
12. It is not recommended to use an extension cord, as it may overheat and become a risk of fire.
If you must use an extension cord, please use No. 0.75mm
than 16A/250V~ with a plug.
13. Unplug the ice maker before cleaning or making any repairs or servicing.
14. Exercise caution and reasonable supervision is a must when the appliance is used near
children.
15. Do not use the ice maker outdoor. Place the ice maker away from direct sunlight and make
sure that there is at least 4 inches of space between the back of your appliance and the wall.
Keep a minimum distance of 4 inches on each side of your appliance.
16. Do not use any other liquid to make the ice cubes other than water.
17. Do not clean the ice maker with flammable fluids. The fumes can cause a fire hazard or
explosion.
18. Do not tip over the appliance.
19. If the ice maker is brought indoor from outside in wintertime, give it a few hours to warm up
to the room temperature before plugging it in.
20. This appliance must be earthed.
21. Danger – Risk of Fire or Explosion.
 The flammable refrigerant is used.
 Do not use mechanical devices to defrost the ice maker.
