Refresh the "Device list" page of the App by swiping down
on your smartphone. If that doesn't solve the issue, close
the App and login again.
Aggiornare la pagina "Elenco dispositivi" all'interno
dell'App facendo swipe verso il basso.
Se la telecamera ancora non compare in elenco, chiudere
l'App ed effettuare nuovamente il login.
The e-mail address must be typed in lowercase
L'indirizzo e-mail deve essere digitato usando solo lettere
minuscole
Check the audio settings of your smartphone and enable
the microphone on the App
Verificare le impostazioni audio del proprio smartphone e
autorizzare l'uso del microfono per l'App
Change the view/recording settings to HD for the highest
quality video
Cambiare le impostazioni di visualizzazione/registrazione
e passare a HD per ottenere la migliore qualità di
immagine possibile
Ensure that the microSD memory card doesn't exceed 128
GB of storage, that it is at least Category 6 and formatted
in the "FAT32" mode. Check that the microSD memory
card has been inserted correctly. Videos can be played 10
minutes after inserting the microSD card. If that doesn't
solve the issue, check the microSD card with a computer.
If the microSD card has been corrupted, or the issue has
not been solved, yet, format it in the "FAT32" mode. If the
issue persists, reset the camera and try again.
Accertarsi che la capacità della scheda microSD non sia
superiore a 128 GB, che la scheda sia di categoria pari o
superiore a 6 e sia stata formattata in modalità "FAT32".
Verificare di aver inserito correttamente la scheda microSD.
È possibile riprodurre video 10 minuti dopo aver inserito
la scheda microSD. Qualora il problema non sia stato
risolto, controllare l'integrità della scheda collegandola a
un computer. Se questa risultasse corrotta o il problema
non fosse stato ancora risolto, formattare la scheda in
modalità "FAT32". Una volta effettuate tutte le procedure
suggerite per la scheda microSD, qualora il problema
persistesse, resettare la telecamera e riprovare.
