RISOLUZIONE DEI PROBLEMI

SOLUTION/ SOLUZIONE
Plug in the power adapter again and restart the camera
and the modem/router. If it can't solve the issue, then
consult the link shown below for further support:

Ricollegare l'alimentatore, riavviare la telecamera e
riavviare il modem/router. Se dopo aver seguito questi
passaggi il problema non sarà stato risolto, consultare la

Check that the e-mail address provided is correct and
valid. If it is, then check your spam folder (Subject: "E-mail
verification code")

If you couldn't click the "Send verification code" button:
check that you entered a complete phone number.
The "Sent successfully" notice has been shown on
screen, but I didn't receive any message: check that the
phone number is correct
Non è possibile cliccare sul pulsante "Invia codice
di verifica": accertarsi di aver inserito un numero di
telefono completo. Sullo schermo è comparsa la notifica
"Codice inviato con successo" ma non ho ricevuto
alcun messaggio: accertarsi di aver inserito il numero di
telefono corretto
Check that the volume on your smartphone is at
maximum and that the environment is quiet enough to
keep the camera from picking up undesired sounds.
Hold the smartphone as close as possible to the camera.
Check that the pairing mode of the camera is active (the
LED indicator should be flashing)
Verificare di aver alzato al massimo il volume sul
proprio smartphone e che l'ambiente circostante
sia sufficientemente silenzioso, così da evitare che
la telecamera intercetti suoni estranei. Tenere lo
smartphone il più vicino possibile alla telecamera.
Verificare che la modalità di sincronizzazione della
telecamera sia effettivamente attiva (la spia LED
dovrebbe lampeggiare)
