3. You can change before and during cooking:
 temperature from 180 °C to a value in the range 80-200 °C and in steps of 5
°C by touching the temperature change indicators minus(D17) or plus (D18).
To scroll through the values faster, you need to hold your finger on the
symbol.
 time from 15 minutes to a value in the range 1-60 minutes and in 1 minute
increments by touching the time change minus(D20) or plus(D21)
indicators. To scroll through the values faster, you need to hold your finger
on the symbol.
4. You can then start cooking by touching the main switch indicator D19.
5. The cooking progress is indicated on the display by the ongoing D4 symbols
and the simultaneous alternating display of the set temperature and the
elapsed time.
6. Even during cooking, the set temperature or remaining time can be changed by
touching the temperature change minus(D17) or plus(D18) or time change
minus(D20) or plus(D21) indicators. To scroll through the values faster, you
need to hold your finger on the symbol.
7. During cooking, you can check the doneness of the food by pulling out the
frying basket. The cooking time countdown will stop automatically and the
entire display will go out. Cooking then resumes and the display lights up when
the frying basket is put back into the fryer. The maximum time to continue
cooking after removing the frying basket while the programme is running is 60
minutes.
8. Cooking can be prematurely stopped by touching the D19 main switch
indicator, or automatically stopped after the set time has elapsed.
9. The end of cooking is signalled by displaying the "OFF" symbol and the ongoing
C4 symbols on the display for approx. 20 seconds, followed by an acoustic
signal (5 long beeps).

Food preparation in fully automatic mode:

In the fully automatic mode, you can use one of the 12 preset programmes (see
below), where the time and temperature for cooking is preset from the factory. The
display also functions as a touch control panel, so a simple touch on the required
symbol is all it takes.
1. Touch the main switch indicator D19.
2. The display will alternately show a temperature of 180 °C and a time of 15
minutes (if no selection is made, the display will automatically switch off after
20 seconds and only the main switch D19 indicator will be displayed).
3. You can now select any of the 12 preset programmes within these 20 seconds
by simply touching its symbol, which will flash (one of the symbols D5-D16).
