SERVICE

1. Plug the plug of the B6 power cord into an electrical socket.
2. A short beep will sound and the D19 main switch light will illuminate on the
display. The indicator light is on permanently when the power cord is plugged
into a power outlet.
3. Pull the frying basket C1 out by pulling the handle C5 towards you. For safety
reasons, the D19 light will go out so that the fryer cannot be started without
the basket inserted.
4. Place the desired ingredients in the C1 basket, observing the maximum
permissible filling level, which is marked "MAX" on the inside of the basket.
5. Slide the frying basket back into the fryer.
6. A short beep will sound while all the lights on the display briefly light up.
7. After that, only the D19 light on the main switch remains on and the fryer is
ready to use in one of the two modes described below.
WARNING:
 When handling the frying basket during and after cooking, hold it only by the C5
handle, otherwise there is a risk of burns.
 Never touch the C1 frying basket or the inside of the fryer during or after cooking,
they are very hot!
 Do not pour oil or other liquids into the fryer.
 Take care not to scald yourself with hot steam when handling the C1 frying basket
during or after cooking.
 !!! Place the frying basket only on a heat-resistant mat (it is very hot) !!!
 !!! Never use baking paper or food foil in the fryer (risk of fire) !!!
PREPARATION TIPS:
 If you are layering foods, we recommend turning or shaking them during cooking
to ensure they are cooked through more evenly.
 When preparing vegetables, we recommend that they are carefully dried so as not
to unnecessarily prolong cooking time or reduce doneness.

Food preparation in manual mode:

In manual mode, you can set the time and temperature for cooking. The display also
functions as a touch control panel, so a simple touch on the required symbol is all it
takes.
1. Touch the main switch indicator D19.
2. The display will alternately show a temperature of 180 °C and a time of 15
minutes (if no selection is made, the display will automatically switch off after
20 seconds and only the main switch D19 indicator will be displayed).
