1. Introduction
Thank you for buying a high-quality Mobilex product. These instructions for use contain a description and
important information about the use of the medical device. It is intended to help you to use the product correctly
and safely. It is very important to read the instructions carefully before using the device. Pay particular attention
to the safety guidelines and always follow them. Mobilex is constantly trying to improve and upgrade its products.
Therefore we reserve the right to change specifications and technical data of the product without further notice.
Intended use of the device
Designed for use when sitting in either a chair or bed these tables provide a height adjustable flat surface for
reading, writing, eating etc. The table top can be tilted for increased comfort during use. The weight of these items
must not exceed the carrying capacity of the tray (see specifications below).
Indications
Due to the wide range of possible applications, the indications cannot be tied to a specific clinical area, since tables
are suitable for multiple applications involving people with limited mobility.

Areas of use
The product can be used in home care, health and long-term care facilities, and hospitals.

2. Safety requirements
• Make sure that this manual has been read by all persons using the device.
The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for damage and/or injury resulting from failure to follow the

operating instructions.
• Only use the product in flawless condition.
• If defects or errors are detected you must immediately contact the dealer.
• Follow all manufacturer's recommendations and warnings.
• Be aware of the information on the product label.
• Only use the product for the described purpose.
• Don't climb on to the device
• Avoid making constructive changes on the device, unless you have the manufacturer's written acceptance
for such modifications.
• During different adjustments which are possible on the device the user must take care not to squeeze the
fingers or other body parts between two moving elements of the device.
• Do not overload the table top, 15kg Max Load.
• Check knobs are tightened at regular intervals.
• Do not attempt to use the table as a walking aid.
• Do not attempt to sit or stand on the table.
• The device must only be used on flat, smooth & stable surfaces.
• All wheels should be in contact with the floor at all times during use. This will ensure the product is properly
balanced and should avoid accidents.
• The device is not flame retardant. Don't leave it near to sources of fire, ignition or extreme heat.

The device is supplied in a carton box, disassembled for easier transportation.
