Safety instructions
• Read the instructions for use before using the unit and retain
them in a safe place.
WARNING
• The unit may only be operated for its intended use and within
the specified technical data. Unintended use can be a danger to
health or life.
• Those unfamiliar with the instructions for use as well as children
and people under the influence of medicine, alcohol or drugs
may not operate the unit. Always supervise children who are
near the unit (1).
• Use only the original adapter provided for operating the unit. The
adapter provided may not be used for other units.
• Do not put the unit into operation if the cord or plug is damaged
(2), following a malfunction, if it has fallen down or has been
damaged in another way (3).
CAUTION
• Repairs to electric appliances can only be carried out by specia-
lists (4). A faulty power cord may only be repaired/replaced by a
specialist.
• To avoid damages due to escaping water mist, the unit may not
be placed on the floor (5).
• Place the unit in such a way that it cannot be knocked over (6) (8).
• Unplug the adapter when not in use.
• Operate the unit only when fully assembled and completely
operational.
• For use exclusively with plastic bottles up to max. 0.5 Liter.
Danger of overfilling when using larger bottles.
CAUTION
• Do not touch the membrane during operation.
• Do not plug in or unplug the adapter with wet hands.
• Never pull the adapter out of the electrical socket by the cord.
• Do not place the unit in the rain.
• Do not use the unit in rooms with relative humidity > 70 %.
• The unit's air inlet and air outlet must be kept clear. Do not place
any objects on it (9).
• Never submerge the unit with the electrical system and air vent in
water or other liquids or rinse it off with water or other liquids.
(see „Cleaning and servicing the unit") (27).
• Do not use water additives (e.g. essential oils, fragrances, water -
conditioners). The material is not suitable for the use of additives.
• Important note: Neither people nor animals can perceive the
frequencies created.
• The manufacturer rejects all liability for damage caused by non-
observance of these instructions for use.
Putting the unit into operation
• Ensure that all components of the unit are included (see „De-
scription of the unit").
• Place the unit on a flat, dry and waterproof surface (6).
• Place the unit on a raised position, e.g. a table, chair or night-
stand (7). Pay attention that the mist emitted is not directed
towards electrical sockets, walls and other objects (19) (20).
• Fill a commercial 0.5 Liter plastic bottle, using ex-
clusively distilled water or clean, cold drinking water
(non-carbonated water) (13). Do not use carbonated
water. To avoid possible calcification, the use of dis-
tilled water is recommended.
• Push bottle base into the plastic bottle opening until it stops (14).
• Fold out the supporting feet of the unit and open the nozzle until it
latches (15).
• Push the plastic bottle with inserted bottle base into the unit's
upper part (16). Do not compress the plastic bottle (10).
• Remove the plastic cover of the adapter and insert the country-
specific plug (11) (12).
• Connect the adapter to the unit and the electrical socket and
switch on the unit using the rotary switch (17) (18).
• Operate the unit only when fully assembled and completely
operational.
Switching the unit on and off (18)
• To switch the unit on, turn the rotary switch to the right.
• As soon as there is water in the unit, the LCD in the unit lights
up blue.
• Using the rotary switch, the amount of mist can be regulated
from MIN to MAX.
• If there is no water in the unit, the LCD in the unit lights up red.
Clean and service the unit
CAUTION
• Before each cleaning, switch off the unit and unplug the adapter
(21) (22).
• Clean the water bottle, bottle base, unit upper part with nozzle
and membrane once a week (23) – (25). Remove calcification
and residual dirt using a decalcification agent (CalcOff). Unit
components are not suitable for the dishwasher. Use
the provided cleaning brush for cleaning the membrane (26).
• The shiny outer surfaces of the unit can be easily polished with
the provided travel bag.
CAUTION
• Never submerge the unit and adapter in water (27)!
• During cleaning, no water may flow into the air vent (see „De-
scription of the unit").
Storing and transporting the unit
Clean and dry the unit (see „Cleaning and servicing the unit").
Store the unit with its accessories, preferably in the original pa-
ckaging or in the provided travel bag.

Veiligheidsaanwijzingen
• Lees deze gebruiksaanwijzing voor gebruik van het apparaat en
bewaar deze op een veilige plaats.
WAARSCHUWING
• Gebruik het apparaat uitsluitend conform de voorschriften en
binnen het bereik van de vermelde technische gegevens. Leder
ander gebruik kan gevaar opleveren voor lijf en leden.
• Personen die niet vertrouwd zijn met de gebruiksaanwijzing,
kinderen en personen onder invloed van medicijnen, alcohol of
drugs mogen het apparaat niet bedienen. Houd kinderen in de
buurt van het apparaat daarom altijd onder toezicht (1).
• Gebruik uitsluitend de originele meegeleverde lichtnetadapater.
De meegeleverde lichtnetadapter mag niet voor andere apparaten
worden gebruikt.
• Neem het apparaat niet in bedrijf wanneer snoer of netstekker
zijn beschadigd (2), na een storing, nadat het is gevallen of op een
andere manier is beschadigd (3).
VOORZICHTIG
• Reparaties aan elektrische apparatuur mogen uitsluitend door
een vakman worden uitgevoerd (4). Een defect netsnoer mag
uitsluitend door een vakman worden gerepareerd/vervangen.
• Om schade door de vrijkomende waterdamp te voorkomen mag
het apparaat niet op de grond worden geplaatst (5).

• Verwijder de lichtnetadapter wanneer het apparaat niet in gebruik

• Gebruik uitsluitend PET-flessen van max. 0,5 liter. Gevaar van
overvullen bij grotere flessen.
VOORZICHTIG
• Raak het membraan tijdens bedrijf niet aan.
• Hanteer de lichtnetadapter niet met vochtige handen.
• Trek de lichtnetadapter nooit aan het snoer uit de wandcontact-
doos.
• Bescherm het apparaat tegen regen.
• Gebruik het apparaat niet in ruimten met een relatieve lucht-
vochtigheid > 70%.
• Zorg dat luchtinlaat en luchtuitlaat te allen tijde vrij blijven. Plaats
er geen voorwerpen op (9).
• Dompel het elektrische deel en de ventilator van het apparaat
nooit in water of andere vloeistoffen en spoel ze nooit af met
water of andere vloeistoffen (zie „Apparaat reinigen en onder-
houden") (27).
• Gebruik geen additieven (b.v. etherische oliën, geurstoffen,
waterreinigingsmiddelen). Het materiaal is niet geschikt voor
gebruik van additieven.
• Belangrijke aanwijzing: mens noch dier kunnen de opgewekte
frequenties waarnemen.
• De fabrikant wijst elke aansprakelijkheid af voor schade ont-
staan door het niet in acht nemen van deze gebruiksaanwijzing.
Apparaat in bedrijf nemen
• Controleer of alle onderdelen van het apparaat aanwezig zijn (zie
„Beschrijving van het apparaat").
• Plaats het apparaat op een vlakke, droge en watervaste
ondergrond (6).
• Plaats het apparaat op een verhoging, b.v. een tafel, stoel of
nachtkastje (7). Let erop dat de vrijkomende damp niet op wand-
contactdozen, muren of andere voorwerpen staat gericht (19),
(20).
• Vul een gangbare 0,5 liter PET-fles met uitsluitend gedes
tilleerd water of schoon, koud drinkwater (plat water) (13).
Gebruik g een k oolzuurhoudend w ater. O m m ogelijke k alkafzetting
te voorkomen, wordt het gebruik van gedestilleerd water
aanbevolen.
• Druk de flesadapter zo ver mogelijk in de opening van de PET-
fles (14).
• Klap de steunpoten van het apparaat uit en open de uitlaatopening
tot deze vastklikt (15).
• Steek de PET-fles met aangebrachte flesadapter in het bovendeel
van het apparaat (16). Deuk de PET-fles niet in (10).
• Verwijder de kunststof afscherming van de lichtnetadapter en
schuif daar de stekker in die geschikt is voor uw land (11), (12).
• Sluit de lichtnetadapter aan op het apparaat en de wandcontact-
doos en schakel het apparaat in met de draaiknop (17), (18).
• Neem het apparaat uitsluitend in bedrijf wanneer het compleet
is gemonteerd en zich in goede staat bevindt.
Apparaat in-/uitschakelen (18)
• Draai de draaiknop naar rechts om in te schakelen.
• Zodra zich water in het apparaat bevindt, brandt de LED in het
apparaat blauw.
• Met de draaiknop kan de damphoeveelheid van MIN tot MAX
worden geregeld.
• Wanneer zich geen water in het apparaat bevindt, brandt de LED in
het apparaat rood.
Apparaat reinigen en onderhouden
VOORZICHTIG
• Schakel voor elke reiniging het apparaat uit en verwijder de
lichtnetadapter (21), (22).
• Reinig waterfles, flesadapter en bovendeel van het apparaat met
uitlaatopening en membraan eenmaal per week (23)–(25).
Verwijder kalk- en vuilresten met ontkalkingsmiddel (CalcOff).
