Common Procedures for Regulating the Power Output and the Temperature
The power output can be adjusted between 1 and 80 watts. A change in wattage also changes the taste and
vapor behavior. The higher the set wattage, the more intense the vapor development. The situation is similar with
temperature control: The higher the temperature, the greater the vapor development.
VW Mode (Variable Wattage)
In the VW mode, heads are supported in a resistance range between 0.1 Ohm and 3.5 Ohm. In this case, the pow-
er which is delivered to the head can be regulated by adapting the voltage according to the power specification.
TC Mode (Temperature Control | Variable Temperature)
When set in TC-Ni, TC-Ti and TC-SS mode, the device can separately support Nickel (Ni200), Titanium (Ti) and
Stainless Steel (SS) coils. When set in one of the TC modes, the device supports a coil resistance within the range
of 0.05 ohm and 1.5 ohm. In TC mode the vaping temperature can be adjusted – according to the used coil – in a
range between 200°F and 600°F.
