Press the ON/OFF switch (9) to the on position I to start brewing.

After brewing 2 cups, press the ON/OFF switch (9) to the off position O and let
the solution stand for 15 minutes.

Repeat steps 4 and 5 until the water tank is empty.
7.
Fill the water tank with fresh water and brew at least 3 times to remove any
trace of the vinegar solution.
Tips to reduce scale build up

Empty the water tank after each use.

Do not allow water to stand overnight in the water tank.

Use filtered water instead of tap water or mineral water.
