BEFORE FIRST USE

• Remove all packaging from the appliance.
• Unpack all parts and check for damage that may have occurred during
transport. If any parts are damaged or missing, do not use the appliance and
return it to your retail outlet immediately.
• Make sure you remove the coffee spoon stored in the filter compartment.
• Flush through the coffee maker with water. Do not add coffee. Fill the water
tank (5) up to the MAX mark, brew and then discard the water. Repeat 2-3
times. Clean and dry all parts thoroughly (→ CLEANING AND CARE).
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
The coffee maker can brew 10 cups of coffee from 1.25 L of water. You can use the
permanent filter provided or insert regular coffee filters (size 1 x 4). The automatic
hot plate keeps coffee warm for up to 30 minutes.
