Beiliegenden Isolierring über die Leitungen
der Kontakte 1 bis 4 schieben, auf den Kon-
takteinsatz stecken, und niederdrücken bis
eine spürbare Verrastung erfolgt.
Die verbleibenden beiden Leitungsenden
mit den angecrimpten Flachsteckhülsen in
die äußeren Kammern des beiliegenden
Steck hülsengehäuses 3-fach (Kammer 1 und
3, Kammer 2 wird nicht belegt) stecken und
verrasten.
Den Kontakteinsatz wieder in das Steckdo-
sengehäuse drücken und das Steckhülsen-
gehäuse 3-fach auf den Mikroschalter im
Steckdosen gehäuse stecken.
Gummidichtung an die Steckdose schieben
und die Steckdose mit Schrauben und Mut-
tern am Halteblech festschrauben.

Achtung!
a) Bei der Montage der Steckdose ist be-
sonders darauf zu achten, dass die An-
schlussleitungen des 3-poligen Steckhül-
sengehäuses (grün) nicht eingeklemmt
und somit beschädigt werden!
b) Die Dichtung am Leitungsaustritt aus der
Steckdose muss auf dem Isolierschlauch
sitzen, nicht nur auf den Einzel-Adern!
3. Funktionsprüfung
Masseleitung wieder an die Batterie anschlie-
ßen und alle Funktionen überprüfen.

1. Disconnect the earth wire from the battery
To prevent short-circuits during installation
and for safety reasons, the earth wire must
always be disconnected from the battery be-
fore starting work (risk of fire)!
2. Mount the 13-pin socket with rear fog
light cut-off
The following wires are required for con-
necting the rear fog light cut-off:
a) The wire from the rear fog light switch of
the towing vehicle.
b) The wire to the rear fog light(s) of the
towing vehicle.
To get the two connection wires men-
tioned above, the wire on the vehicle that
comes from the rear fog light switch and
leads to the rear fog light(s) should be
disconnected in the boot and extended
to the trailer socket!

c) A wire jumper, 50 mm long, conductor
cross-section 1.0 mm².
A second wire can also be installed for
the wire jumper from the rear fog light
switch of the towing vehicle!
Strip the end of the wire leading to the rear
fog light(s) of the towing vehicle and an end
of the wire jumper or wire end coming from
the rear fog light switch by 4 mm and crimp
the blade receptacles provided.
Strip all other wire ends by 7 mm and tin-
plate them.
Push the accompanying rubber seal for the
socket onto the connection wires.
(If necessary, cut off the rubber end piece
with the smallest diameter on the wire outlet
side of the seal beforehand!)
Push out the contact insert from the socket.
Loosen the contact screws for the relevant
functions in the contact insert. Connect the
socket with the tin-plated wire ends as fol-
lows (ensure that each wire is inserted com-
pletely in the contact hole!):
