5.3. Water connection (only for models with steam condenser)
It is highly recommended to use an anti-lime filter in the water inlet.
Inlet water pressure must be between 1 and 3 bar, with a temperature noto ver 30ºC. If
pressure exceeds this limit, a pressure reducer must be installed.
The hood drain must be connected taking into account that the temperature of the fluids

and gases that can be evacuated through it can reach up to 150ºC.
