NOTE
Pulse operation refers to the
function of the mill every 1 second
(1 second on, 1 second off). After
pausing, press and hold the start
button every 5 seconds. The breaks
in between should be about 5-10
seconds. The total grinding time
should never exceed 60 seconds.
Grinding of coffee beans
• Fill the stainless steel container with a
maximum of 50 g of coffee beans.
• You can regulate the grinding strength
by the duration of the grinding process
• Test how long you have to grind to
achieve the grinding degree for your
favorite coffee.
Grinding of grains
• Cereals such as oat flakes or rye can be
easily processed in the grinder.
• Fill the stainless steel container with a
maximum of 50 g of grain.
• Please note that due to the different na-
ture of the grain, the filling quantity may
vary slightly from variety to variety.
• Grinding soy flakes, sunflower seeds and
the like is also possible without problems.
Grinding of spices
• Colorful pepper, chilli peppers, sugar cubes
or cinnamon sticks can also be processed.
• Fill the stainless steel container with a
maximum of 50 g of spices.
• Grind the nuts at pulsating intervals, as
described above.
Grinding of nuts
• Fill the stainless steel container only
minimally.
• The knife inserts should be lightly co-
vered with nuts.
• Depending on the type of nut (e.g. wal-
nuts, hazelnuts, almonds, cashew nuts,
etc.), the gram numbers may vary.
• Please note that depending on the oil
• content of the nuts, the ground materi-
al can easily become sticky.
• Grind the nuts at pulsating intervals, as
described above.
Cleaning
• Unplug the appliance before any cleaning.
• Clean the coffee bean vessel after every use.
• Clean the outer surface and the vessel with
a dump cloth and the lid with a dry cloth.
• Clean regularly the thread in the appli-
ance and the lid. If this thread is dirty
or covered by coffee the safety lock will
not work and the appliance will not be
able to function.
• Never rinse the vessel with water.
• Do not use abrasive cleaning agents,
sprays or scouring sponges.
• Treat the appliance with special clea-
ning agents for stainless steel to elimi-
nate small impurities (like fingerprints).
• ATENTTION: use it just on the outer
surface! Do not use these cleaning
agents in surfaces that come into
contact with food (inner surface).
