The sequence
# shown on the display means that the date, the time and
3
the serial number will be printed on three separate lines. These will appear in the way
you have set the StampManager for each of these elements. An example:
19-02-2001
14:56
00256
The sequence 3 / #
will be printed in the following order:
14:56 / 00256
19-02-2001
You can then format these combinations in bold, boxed, underlined, etc., or change
the alignment of the group (left, right, centre / top, middle, bottom).
See the section on Changing the format for more information.

Press repeatedly the UP or DOWN key (A2) until the message PROG appears
on the LCD display, this will be highlighted by an arrowhead and press ENTER (A3).

Accented and other special letters are arranged in a 'family tree'. Use the UP or
DOWN key to scroll up through the letters of the alphabet:

If you press ENTER (A3) once, the E will blink. You can then scroll with the UP or

È- É - Ê - Ë
Pressing ENTER (A3) will select Ë, and the cursor will move to the next character
space, where the letter E will appear. You can then scroll up or down through the
