INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY

1.- Introduce the header pipe (5) into the transmission shaft (11) output.
2.- Insert the lock knob (8) and turn in a clockwise motion until the header pipe is correctly
fastened.
3.- Take the turning spindle (4) and connect it to the gears on the transmission shaft.
4.- Place the cutting blade (3) on the turning spindle, such that the sharp edge of the blade faces
inwards towards the header pipe.
5.- Next, install the disk (2) you wish to use.
6.- Fasten this whole block, screwing the fastening nut (1) clockwise.
7.- Join the head pipe inlet to the aluminium tray (6) and insert the pusher (7) through the
same opening.
1.- Connect the power cable to a socket of 220-240V/50-60 Hz
2.- Place the meat in chunks, removing any tendons, cartilage and meat veins. Place the
chunks on the tray and, when the desired amount is placed, insert them through the hole of
the tube collector.
3.- Insert the pusher (7), start the machine by pressing the ON / OFF button (10), and press the
first chunks of meat into the collector tube (5). As the ground meat passes through the area
of the nut, you may grind it again if desired, reinserting it into the tube collector hole.
4.- If a lot of strength is required to grind the meat, the motor is over run or no ground meat
comes out the screw, press the "REV" button to change the rotation direction. This allows
you to unblock the jam within the screw. If this does not work, turn off the machine, remove
the perforated disk (2), cutting knife (3) and rotating screw (4) and clean the meat, tendons,
cartilage and fibre remains that may have blocked the screw.
