Using your K-90

If you would like to delay the start of cooking, press the "Timer"
button, and then press the + / - arrows to select how long you would
like before the cooking starts, between 30 minutes and 24 hours.
Press either "Menu" to cycle through the cooking programs or
you can select "Manual Program". When using manual program,
press the + / - arrows to set the cooking time and then press
"Temperature" to cycle through the three temperature settings.

Tip – You can press and hold down the + / - arrows.
Press the "Start / Cancel" button and the semi-circle around the
display will illuminate left to right repeatedly, this shows that
cooking has commenced. You can cancel any time by pressing the
"Start / Cancel" button again.
If the pressure release valve was set to "seal", the float valve will
move to the locked position after several minutes, this means the
unit is pressurising and the lid will be locked in place. The program
timer will start once the pressure has reached operating level. At
any time, you can move the pressure release valve to "vent". Once
the cooking program has finished (and after the float valve has
fallen), the lid will be unlocked and can be opened.
Once the program has finished, the unit will change to keep warm
mode for up to two hours. Make sure the float valve has fallen prior
to removing the cooker lid.. When removing the cooker lid, use heat
protection and lift and tilt it away from you.
