Possible Reason / Solution
This is normal and nothing to worry about.
Check the master volume is set to the correct
volume. Check that headphones or any other
equipment are not plugged into the keyboard as
these will cause the built-in speaker system to
cut off automatically.
Check that fingered chord mode is not selected.
Incorrect key presses in fingered chord mode will
not produce any sound.
