Assembly instructions
Caution: Be careful not to get your fingers caught in the locks or
joints.
The scooter must be assembled by an adult.
Please insert the handlebar (1) with the clamping shaft into the stee-
ring column of the front wheel fork (2) from above. Make sure that the
steering alignment is parallel to the front wheel and that the desired
height of the handlebar is set.
When doing so, do not extend the handlebar beyond the MAX mark.
Now tighten the clamp using the clamping screw (3) on the steering
head. The front brake must also point in the direction of travel and
the brake cables must run in front of the handlebars. You can adjust
the angle of the handlebars by loosening the handlebar head screws
(4), adjusting the handlebar angle and tightening the handlebar head
screws (4) again. Now insert the wheels, if not already mounted, into
the front and rear wheel axles. Make sure that the locking washer (5)
is hooked onto the frame and then tighten the wheel nuts.
Attach the handlebar bumper (6) to the handlebar. Finally, hook the
brake cable into the position shown (7) for the front and rear brakes.
Finally, check the function of the brakes. If necessary, they must be
readjusted. See also the instructions for adjusting the brakes.
Inflating the tyres
Note: The scooter's tyre is only 50% inflated due to transport condi-
tions. Before using the scooter for the first time
inflate the tyre as described below.
The tyre pressure must not exceed 2.0 bar. Exceeding
exceeding this value can cause the tyre to burst or damage the rim.
