If you have any of the problems listed below please use this troubleshooting
guide to try and solve them. A little time spent in this way may save you to the
inconvenience of returning your equipment.
PROBLEMS
Power
System does not turn on,
or does not respond to the
remote control.
iPod
won't play iPod Files or will
not function as expected
RADIO
Poor FM reception
REMOTE
No function or short range.

TROUBLESHOOTING
POSSIBLE SOLUTION
• Make sure the adapter plug is secure in the wall
outlet and it has power.
• Remove batteries, pull the adapter plug out for
5 minutes then re-connect and try again. Try on
batteries and adapter. If this does not work, leave
the unit unplugged before seeking advice.
• Make sure FUNCTION is set to iPod mode.
• Make sure the iPod is connected correctly.
• Make sure the correct cradle for your iPod is fitted
to the unit.
• Pause mode is activated; press the play-pause
button again.
• Make sure the iPod is switched on.
• Vibration can cause the iPod to come loose from
the docking station.
• Make sure the FM antenna is extended.
• Move the unit away from other operating
e l e c t r i c a l e q u i p m e nt s u c h a s m o to r i s e d
appliances, transformers, televisions and
microwave ovens.
• Please be aware the structure of some buildings
blocks radio waves.
• Insert new batteries.
• Aim straight in front of the remote sensor.
