Video Connections:
Maximum resolution: 4K@30Hz on both ports
Maximum resolution: 1080P@60Hz
When using HDMI and VGA simultaneously, the maximum resolution on all ports is
1080P@60Hz.
To display different content on up to three screens, your device must support MST (Multi
Stream Transport).
Apple MacBooks do not support MST, the screen content can only be mirrored.

HARDWARE INSTALLATION
Because there are large differences between PC's, we can give you only a general installation
guide for the EX-1223HM. Please refer your computer's reference manual whenever in doubt.
1. Connect your Notebook/MacBook to the USB 3.2 Gen 1 C-Port of the EX-1223HM, which
is marked with the following notebook icon .
2. Connect the power supply of your Notebook/MacBook to the USB 3.2 Gen 1 C-Port of the
EX-1223HM, which is marked with the following lightning symbol
3. Now connect your peripherals to the corresponding ports.
DRIVER INSTALLATION
All Operating Systems
After the hardware installation the Operating System will recognize the EX-1223HM automati-
cally and install the drivers.
CHECK INSTALLED DRIVER
Open the >Device manager<. Now you should see at „USB-Controller" the following new entries:
If you see these or a similar information's the docking station is installed correctly.
CLEANING
To clean the device, please use only a dry, non-fibrous cloth and remove the dirt with light
pressure. In the area of the connections, please make sure that no fibers of the cloth are left in
the socket. Attention! Never use a moist or wet cloth for cleaning!

Die EX-1223HM ist eine 12-in-1 USB-C Dockingstation mit integrierter Standfunktion, die den
Notebook-Bildschirm auf eine angenehme Arbeitshöhe bringt. Die vielseiteigen Anschlussmög-
lichkeiten ermöglichen den Anschluss für alle Ihre Peripheriegeräte. Dank MST Unterstützung
können unterschiedliche Inhalte auf bis zu 3 Bildschirmen dargestellt werden. USB-C Power
Delivery (PD) ermöglicht es, das bestehende Notebook-Netzteil direkt an der EX-1223HM
anzuschließen und über den EX-1223HM das Notebook zu laden.
