11. Rectifying faults

Some suggested solutions for rectifying faults can be gleaned from the adjacent table.

Characteristics

Solution
Carefully clean and dry surface of fill level
sensor. There should be no soap, cleaning
agent or liquid residue on sensor surface.
Check whether fill level LED still functions.
If yes, sensor is working but data are not
being transmitted. Check WiFi connection
of device.
Change the batteries.

by consulting a recycling centre or specialist.
Battery
The device contains alkaline batteries that must be disposed of correctly.
Batteries must not be disposed of through domestic waste system.
