USE AND INSTALLATION
INSTRUCTIONS
M1 and B3 gas valves are thermoelectric flame safeguard with pilot outlet (B3 series) or without.
MAIN FEATURES
Brass body
Thermocouple connection M8x1 (M9x1 upon request)
Thread under push button M12x1 series, B3 M14x1 series (optional)
Pilot outlet (B3 series)
Inlet and outlet in line or off-set.

INSTALLATION
The M1 and B3 comply with current safety standards.
Nevertheless, its installation on appliances must be verified in accordance with the specific standards for each
installation. All the installation, setting and adjustment operations must be carried out exclusively by qualified
personnel on the basis of the specific characteristics of the appliance.
MECHANICAL CONNECTIONS
General recommendations:
Avoid blows (knocks, falls etc.). Ensure that the gas flows in the direction shown by the arrow on the valve body.
Prevent foreign matter from getting into the valve during installation.
In particular, check the cleanliness of the inlet and outlet pipes.
Main gas connection
The connection must be made using gas pipes in accordance with the inlet and the outlet connections of the valve.
Connection to the pilot burner: (B3 series)
Ø4 mm, Ø 6 mm or Ø 1/4" pipes can be used. Use appropriately sized nut and olive. Tighten to 7 Nm torque.
Recommended torque: 7 Nm.
